Mt. Hide’s
Nebraska hunts take place on expansive tracts of acreage in several different
units in the Nebraska panhandle. The Sandhill regions consist primarily of vast
rolling hills with sparse timber, adjoined by irrigated corn and alfalfa. The
deer in this open country move great distances, sometimes several miles, to and
from food sources. Stands and blinds are positioned overlooking vast expanses of
country offering a very unique hunt. These
vast ranches are large enough to support a good number of mature bucks. Over the
past two seasons each one of our clients have taken great trophies. Like the
Whitetails, these Mule Deer are in full-rut and very visible in mid November.
